When ALL of your order arrives, I will then ship it to you with a tracking number, so you can follow it on the email on file with your order. 

******IF YOU PURCHASE A “PRE-ORDERED” ITEM WITH A “READY TO SHIP ITEM”  NOTHING WILL BE MAILED TO YOU UNTIL ALL OF YOUR ORDER HAS ARRIVED. SO IF YOU NEED THAT RTS ITEMS SENT TO YOU QUICKER, YOU MUST DO 2️⃣ SEPARATE ORDERS.****** 

Our waffle sets are made to have that comfy, oversized fit. They are soft & stretchy with plenty of room to grow. Size down for a more true-to-size fit, or order their usual size for the relaxed oversized look. These are gender neutral and made for everyone. 💖 These are made to be alittle baggy.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY 8-23-2026

At Magically Ever After, I want you to be happy with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our small business and limited inventory, the following return policy will be strictly enforced:

All return requests must be made within **48 hours** of confirmed delivery of your package to you. If you receive an item and, for any reason, it is not right for you, you must contact me within that 48 hour period to request a return. Weekends included. 

Return Requirements

● Returns must be approved in ADVANCE. Please do not send an item back without 1st contacting me and receiving approval.

● Approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

● Returns will not be refunded to the original form of payment. Once an approved return is received and inspected, you may receive a store credit OR select a  Ready-to-Ship item that is currently available.

****NO CREDITS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE MADE UNTIL I RECEIVE YOUR ITEM BACK AND INSPECT IT. NO EXCEPTIONS. ****

● The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

● All returns MUST be shipped back to me with a valid tracking number. Returns sent without tracking will not be accepted or credited. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

● The customer is also responsible for the shipping cost of any replacement or newly selected item.

● Returned merchandise must be received back in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, unused, and free from stains, odors, pet hair, or damage. NO EXCEPTIONS! 

48-Hour Notification Requirement

You must contact Magically Ever After within 48 hours of the package being marked delivered by the shipping carrier to be eligible for consideration for a return.

Requests made after the 48-hour period will not be accepted.

By completing a purchase with Magically Ever After, you acknowledge and agree to this Return & Exchange Policy.
